My career as an integrative psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and researcher has always been driven by a desire to help people navigate experiences that can feel dark, confusing, and sometimes even unspeakable. My goal is to help individuals understand these experiences more deeply and cultivate richer relationships with themselves and others, so they can live in ways that feel resilient, vibrant, and true.

At the heart of my practice is depth-oriented psychotherapy: unhurried, relational work that looks beneath symptoms to the patterns, histories, and meanings that shape them. I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as inner conflict, personal dissatisfaction, existential or psycho-spiritual questions, difficult transitions, unresolved grief, and painful feelings like guilt and shame.

For some clients, I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, which integrates a medicine session into ongoing therapeutic work. I also provide psychedelic consultation (education, harm reduction, and integration) for people who have used or are considering psychedelics and want grounded, medically informed guidance. When medication is helpful, I provide careful psychiatric medication management, including safe, collaborative tapering for those who wish to reduce or stop medications.

I see clients in person at my office serving Aventura and Miami Beach, and by telehealth throughout Florida and Texas. I know that asking for help isn't easy, and I deeply respect the courage and vulnerability that come with that decision.
